Unquestionably one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world, Niagara Falls attracts millions of visitors each year. It’s no wonder considering its maximum height of 57 meters and the width of its most imposing section of nearly 800 meters. At its peak, 6400 cubic meters of water per second fall into the precipice of the Niagara River, creating an eternal cascade filling the air with mist.
There are many ways to experience this wonder of the world, including aboard Hornblower Niagara Cruises. The famous Niagara Falls are not lost in the middle of the wilderness, but framed by two almost twin urban entities, both named Niagara Falls: one on the Canadian side, in Ontario, the other on the American side, in New York State. And don’t forget to come back at night, the lighting is really worth it!
